A legal issue is something that occurs that has legal implications and may need the help of a lawyer to sort it out. Moral issues are an issue of concern that can potentially help or harm someone. Ethical issues occur when a given decision, scenario, or activity creates a conflict with a society's moral principles. The initial legal issue - one legal issue that I can think of is copyright. This is when someone uses content or property that is not originally owned by them.
